So I had my new GPU’s packed in like sardines and after letting them spin up a bit the smell of burning plastic filled the air. This is never a good sign so I tore the machine down and looked for the source only to find that the fans on the cards were rubbing up against each other causing the burning smell. So it seems my dream of six GPU’s in here is going to be just that a dream. I reseated all the GPU’s and spread them out so they had more clearance and the rubbing stopped
